The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent food. Friendly staff, especially at the Italian restaurant. Comfortable bed. English-speaking and helpful staff. Great buffet on the third floor. Top-level courtesy and hospitality.

Super service, that was the only five star hotel in China, which carried our luggage voluntarily and independently to our room.

I had a fantastic stay here, the staff were really helpful and nice, I highly recommend this place.

The rooms were comfortable and the staff was attentive to our needs. We traveled with a large party and they were able to accommodate us without any problems. The gym and pool facilities were top-notch and provided a great experience. the hotel is located in a great area with plenty of restaurants and activities nearby.

The language barrier was a bit of an issue with some of the staff, particularly during the day. It was difficult to communicate at times, which made certain requests more challenging.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the cleanliness of the room was impressive. The hotel facilities were great and the breakfast was fantastic. Additionally, the staff was very helpful, always spoke English and provided excellent service. I loved the fact that there was a Carrefour store in walking distance where you could buy everything you need.
