The room wasnice and neat. Excellent food. Friendly staff, especially at the Italian restaurant. Comfortable bed. English-speaking and helpful staff. Great buffet on the third floor. Top-level courtesy and hospitality.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Super service, that was the only five star hotel in China, which carried our luggage voluntarily and independently to our room.

The rooms were comfortable and the staff was attentive to our needs. We traveled with a large party and they were able to accommodate us without any problems. the gym and pool facilities were top, notch and provided a great experience. the hotel is located in a great area with plenty of restaurants and activities nearby.
The language barrier was a bit of an issue with some of the staff, particularly during the day. It was difficult to communicate at times, which made certain requests more challenging.

Top level courtesy and staff hospitality. Clean room, good bathroom. Excellent, albeit expensive, food. Friendly staff from the Italian restaurant. Comfortable bed compared to other Chinese hotels. English-speaking and helpful staff throughout. Great buffet on the third floor.
